Training Delivery Facilitator

support a large-scale public sector technology implementation. In this role, you ll help end users successfully adopt new systems by delivering engaging classroom, virtual, and hybrid training programs. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trainer who enjoys teaching, coaching, and helping people navigate change.

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
• Facilitate hands-on software and business process training.
• Support user adoption and readiness efforts.
• Coach learners and answer system-related questions.
• Collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to ensure training effectiveness.

• 3+ years of experience in corporate training, adult learning, facilitation, education, or software training.
• Experience conducting instructor-led and virtual training.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and virtual meeting platforms.

• Experience supporting system implementations or digital transformation projects.
• Government, healthcare, human services, or regulated industry experience.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms, user adoption, or change management practices.

• Hybrid position with onsite work required in Honolulu.
• Candidates must reside on Oahu.
• Full-time schedule, standard business hours with occasional evening or weekend training sessions.

$33.00 - $35.98/hour, commensurate with experience
