Join HDR as a Transportation Geotechnical Business Class Leader.
This role involves leading HDR’s geotechnical practice, promoting technical excellence, supporting project delivery, and mitigating risks. The position requires collaboration across various HDR business groups to develop a cohesive geotechnical community of practice, especially in the southeastern US (FL, AL, MS, TN, SC).
Key responsibilities include:
Qualifications include:
- PE registration in AL, FL, MS, SC, and TN (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- 15+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience.
- Master’s or higher in Engineering (Geotechnical/Geologic) or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in geotechnical software and numerical modeling.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Professional registration and experience managing diverse teams.
