Your impactWe are looking for Entry‑Level Engineers to join our teams across North America to work on projects that bring innovative solutions to our clients’ challenges locally and worldwide.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our team and be involved in a variety of engineering tasks for clients ranging from cities/municipalities to federal government agencies to private manufacturing or data center clients.
In this position you will work with a multidisciplinary team taking on a variety of tasks that blend your theoretical knowledge with practical application. Under the guidance of professional engineers, architects and other senior technical staff you will support your team with project coordination, engineering design utilizing specialty specific software, and data collection and analysis.
Responsibilities- Prepare construction cost estimates
- Conduct code compliance reviews
- Perform field investigations
- Draft technical reports and memorandums
- Review equipment submittals and shop drawings
- Respond to contractor RFIs (Requests for Information)
Take ownership of completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the work assigned, demonstrating the ability to progress from basic design work to more complicated and involved projects working in conjunction with a technical team.
QualificationsMinimum:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Geological, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or another closely related field.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Structural, Transportation, Water, Fire Protection, or another specialized field aligning with our opportunities
- Previous relevant engineering internship
Must be results‑driven, client‑focused, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a collaborative mindset, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Ability to manage time and responsibilities effectively while maintaining a high standard of work product is essential.
Salary$55,000.00 – $90,000.00 (base salary range; individual pay determined by work location and additional factors).
