Overview
Support an Air Force client as a subject matter expert, applying technical knowledge in research, process definition, interfacing, and training with client and contractor teams for the Department of War (DoW) and the Life Cycle Management Process – Integrated Digital Environment (LCMP‑IDE) system. The role is onsite in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Responsibilities- Create and manage user accounts and permissions, provide program training, and ensure configuration data within LCMP‑IDE while recommending improvements to leadership.
- Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with distributed teams across multiple time zones and office locations.
- Lead and mentor other SMEs, expanding project management skillsets.
- Conduct user engagement, support, business process improvement, and training activities.
- Take initiative to define, prioritize, and execute tasks with minimal oversight.
- Experience in user support roles focused on requirements gathering, system training, or business process improvement.
- Experience training a user group with varied skill levels or system administration.
- Experience working with software development teams, applications, or data management systems.
- Experience analyzing and improving business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ability to work with external stakeholder groups and present to senior officials confidently.
- Ability to support V&V efforts for software development teams.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Ability to work flexible hours across time zones.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience providing construction services for the DoW.
- Experience in DoW or Air Force Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of legacy Air Force civil engineering systems.
- Knowledge of Air Force civil engineering, Air Force construction processes, or DoW construction process.
- Knowledge of construction processes and requirements, preferably with DoW or Air Force.
Secret clearance is required.
CompensationProjected compensation range: $77,600.00 to $ (annualized USD).
