What you will do includes designing structures such as reservoirs, retaining walls, bridges, culverts, tunnels, pipelines, sewers, sidewalks, highways, etc. Preparing designs, plans, specifications, estimates, and reports. Supervising construction and inspection activities. Reviewing and interpreting plans and specifications of buildings and structures.
There are multiple vacancies across various departments within the City and County of Honolulu:
- Three (3) vacancies with the Honolulu Board of Water Supply, Capital Projects Division, Construction Branch
- Two (2) vacancies in the Department of Environmental Services, Wastewater Engineering & Construction Division
- Two (2) vacancies in the Department of Facility Maintenance, Storm Water Quality Division
