Job Summary

- Lead delivery of electric utility projects, guiding overhead and underground design from planning through construction

- Drive technical quality through QA/QC and adherence to standards

- Manage change processes, permitting, and regulatory approvals
- Support construction through field engagement and issue resolution
- Continuously improve project delivery through lessons learned and feedback

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering (Electrical emphasis), Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered (PE or P.Eng)
- Previous experience in electrical design of buildings (lighting/power/systems) and project execution within the Power Market Sector
- Strong computer skills using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, plus standard Power Market Sector design software (e.g., PLS CAD, Plant 3D, Auto Pipe, Revit, SKM, AGI, Easy Power)
- Commitment to active participation in an employee-owned culture
- 3+ years of experience in power delivery/project execution
- Prior experience with an engineering consulting firm
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
- Experience in power delivery, utility engineering, or related infrastructure
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of utility standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
- Proactive mindset with a drive for ownership and results

CompensationHonolulu, HI: $88,000 - $126,000 (dependent on skills, experience, education and geographic location).
