Project Manager Engineering
In the role of Project Manager Engineering, we'll count on you to:
- Ensure that work plan, safety plan, laboratory hygiene plan and quality control procedures are followed.
- Serve as the competent safety person during water sampling field work activities.
- Prepare required documentation for water sampling events including bottle labeling, field worksheets, and chain of custody forms.
- Prepare written plans and reports related to field investigations and data collection activities including discharge monitoring reports, sampling plans, safety plans, and standard operating procedures.
- Review lab reports
- Perform quality control reviews of field documentation
- Upload discharge monitoring report data to State of Hawaii Department of Health system.
- Perform a monthly inventory of equipment and supplies and order/replace as needed.
- Develop equipment cleaning schedule and perform cleaning of sampling equipment.
- Monitor scope of work and scope changes.
- Prepare/review scopes of work and budgets/estimates for proposals and track budget and schedule status throughout the course of the project.
- Perform other duties required.
- Master's degree
- PMP certification
- Microsoft Access experience
- Interest in advancing digital delivery and AI-supported workflows in infrastructure projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 7 years related experience inclusive of a minimum 2 years experience in project management
- Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example:
Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license. - MS Office and MS Project experience is required
- Demonstrated leadership skills

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
(Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) Honolulu, Hawaii: $122,000 - $174,000
