- Design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for commercial, institutional, and government facilities
- Produce construction drawings in AutoCAD and Revit
- Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and energy compliance analysis
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction
- Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and support construction activities
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and aid system commissioning
- BS in Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of mechanical/HVAC design experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
$65,000 – $95,000 per year
