• Perform site layout and grading design; design water and sanitary sewer systems; perform stormwater calculations and design; and proficiently use AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), AutoCAD, and/or Revit; and have the ability to adapt to new software such as eCMS, MS Teams, and Zoom.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited engineering college with at least a four‑year degree and must have a minimum of six (6) years of Design Management and/or Design experience performing tasks identified herein.
• Must possess demonstrated knowledge of broad‑based engineering principles and must be versed in the discipline being hired.
• Must have a sound understanding of technical concepts, principles, and practices applicable to multi‑disciplined engineering project design.
• Must have documented experience in preparing correspondence, written reports, and in briefing management personnel.
• Must complete the SF‑85P, Questionnaire for Public Trust Positions, and meet required base/building access requirements.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
• Must provide satisfactory proof of U.S. citizenship (U.S. or naturalized). Preferred if holder of U.S. Professional Engineering Registration (P.E.) in the discipline being hired; not required.
