- You will review new and/or changed nuclear fiscal/technical requirements, instructions, and methodology to determine cost and budget effects on PHNSY and IMF operations and programs.
- You will develop changes/modifications to existing PHNSY and IMF nuclear instructions, operations and programs to take into account changes/modifications to nuclear fiscal/technical requirements.
- You will monitor nuclear work to identify high-cost areas requiring investigation for actions to improve efficiency/cost.
- You will coordinate the development of new/improved methodology and techniques to improve nuclear related work efficiency and reduce operations cost.
- You will coordinate the implementation of special projects or technical programs which are used to reduce nuclear ship repair costs and/or improve efficiency of nuclear operations.
- You will coordinate/conduct investigations of potential or existing nuclear problem areas, which includes implementing corrective actions and monitoring problem areas.
- You will review various nuclear Incident and Trouble Reports from other Naval activities and assigning/coordinating actions, ass applicable to prevent similar occurrence.
- You will represent the Nuclear Business Manager at conferences and meetings with personnel (managers, engineers, production, etc.) of other Shipyard departments and representatives of outside activities.
- You will prepare complex and detailed fiscal and/or technical reports for use by PHNSY and IMF and NAVSEA managers on nuclear operations costs, schedule, and other parameters.
- You will provide monitoring and oversight of advance planning for shipyard nuclear work.

- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
