MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Reliability Engineers to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Plans and directs engineering activities and provides specialized training for Technical Engineering Teams.
Prepare detailed operations and procedures manuals focused on system reliability and work measurement.
Authorize technical artifacts and coordinate the resolution of identified engineering problems with senior stakeholders and Mission Partners.
Leads the day-to-day execution of engineering sustainment for forward-deployed detachments and oversees the tracking of mission-critical systems in theater.
Oversee the integration of novel engineering technologies and recommend process improvements to increase the efficiency of repair networks.
Validate engineering After-Action Reports and develop tactical procedures to mitigate theater wide reliability risks.
Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
Senior Level
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
3+ years of position-relevant experience.
Background in expeditionary engineering mission planning.
Familiarity with USSOCOM-peculiar health and safety support for engineered systems
- Must hold an active Secret Clearance
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
