Our Project Managers and Engineers collaborate with a team of local Hawaii-based small business to deliver the most challenging projects from Diego Garcia to Hawaii, from Australia to Japan. We also have the capability to reach back to over 12,000 employees worldwide when specialized expertise is needed.

We have a record of outstanding, award winning performance delivering projects in Hawaii and throughout the Pacific. In the role of Project Manager Engineering, we'll count on you to:

Manage and lead multi-discipline project design teams, including subconsultants, and establish work priorities while putting an emphasis on quality and productivity.

Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of complex small to medium projects or routine large projects

Produce and manage several small to medium-sized projects concurrently.

Prepare and/or review civil engineering scope of work and fee estimates for proposals.

Collaborate with operations and other managers to review project workload, status, and staffing requirements.

When appropriate, serve as the Technical Manager, or Quality Control Reviewer on projects and pursuits.

Supervise and mentor staff, and provide new employee mentoring, as needed.
