• Deliver excellent customer service by engaging professionally with property managers, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Oversee operations at the security desk to maintain a secure environment.
• Effectively multitask to manage various duties throughout the shift.
• Safely lift, push, or pull objects weighing between 10 and 25 pounds as needed.
• Remain seated for extended periods and be able to bend, stand, stretch, and walk as required.
• Monitor mechanical equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning and promptly report any issues to the supervisor.
• Experience in administration, or a related field is a plus, as it can enhance your ability to manage building systems effectively and ensure the safety and security of all facilities.
• Perform additional maintenance-related tasks as assigned by property management.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• A willingness to learn, grow, and adapt within the role.

Schedule: Sunday to Friday 6am-2pm (6 days, 40+ hours a week)

Compensation per hour: $18.33
