General Job Duties For All Store Team Members
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility daily.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Exposure to varied weather, in-store temperatures from 36 to 90+ degrees, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500 degrees. Cramped quarters and moving mechanical parts may be present.
Exposure To- Weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.

Physical Requirements- Standing:
Most tasks are performed standing, with work surfaces at appropriate heights. - Walking:
For short distances. - Sitting:
Paperwork may be completed in an office. - Lifting:
Up to 50 pounds with occasional heavier items; include cases of ingredients and supplies; up to 72" shelving. - Carrying:
Containers and trays; some items up to 30 pounds; multiple trays. - Pushing/Pulling:
Move trays on dollies; force up to ~7.5 pounds. - Climbing/Stooping/Bending/Crouching/Squatting/Reaching:
Occasional actions as described for stocking, cleaning, and changing signs or accessing equipment. - Hand Tasks:
Eye-hand coordination crucial; use of pizza cutter, peel, and boxes. - Machines/Tools:
Pencils, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and related aids.
