You will delight travelers and CWTSatoTravel clients by providing thoughtful, high-quality service and support.

• Arrange domestic and international travel for clients, including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation
• Be a trusted advisor by offering informed recommendations to provide the best traveler experience
• Interact with travelers and travel arrangers to provide first-level support and resolve simple customer problems

• Strengthen the CWTSatoTravel brand by building loyalty and meeting travel management service requirements and expectations
• Maintain favorable working relationships with colleagues and foster a cooperative, harmonious working climate
• Embrace new technology and flexible ways of working to adapt quickly to changing business needs

• Possess a strong understanding of travel trends and industry best practices
• Seek higher levels of performance continuously

We are seeking an energetic self-starter who is eager to learn and grow. Required qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years travel counselor experience
• Excellent industry knowledge and reservation skills to create domestic and international reservations (air, hotel, rail, ground transportation)
• Strong working knowledge of international pricing rules and procedures
• Knowledge of ticketing procedures
• Proficiency in at least one CRS
• Ability to meet and maintain required performance standards
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work varying shifts based on business needs
