You will delight travelers and CWTSatoTravel clients by providing thoughtful, high-quality service and support.
Responsibilities- Arrange domestic and international travel for clients, including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation
- Be a trusted advisor by offering informed recommendations to provide the best traveler experience
- Interact with travelers and travel arrangers to provide first-level support and resolve simple customer problems
- Strengthen the CWTSatoTravel brand by building loyalty and meeting travel management service requirements and expectations
- Maintain favorable working relationships with colleagues and foster a cooperative, harmonious working climate
- Embrace new technology and flexible ways of working to adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Possess a strong understanding of travel trends and industry best practices
- Seek higher levels of performance continuously
We are seeking an energetic self-starter who is eager to learn and grow. Required qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years travel counselor experience
- Excellent industry knowledge and reservation skills to create domestic and international reservations (air, hotel, rail, ground transportation)
- Strong working knowledge of international pricing rules and procedures
- Knowledge of ticketing procedures
- Proficiency in at least one CRS
- Ability to meet and maintain required performance standards
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work varying shifts based on business needs
