Job Description
Team members are classified based on individual theatre needs and employee availability as either variable hour, part‑time fixed, part‑time regular, or full‑time hourly employees whose primary responsibility is ensuring our guests receive exceptional service. Team members may be scheduled to work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. Team members must act as a representative of Regal in a manner consistent with our mission statement and policies.
- Regular and consistent attendance

- Operate POS system; ensure accuracy of cash drawer, credit cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards and redeemed discount tickets, passes, and coupons.
- Upsell/suggestive sell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX).
- Promote the Regal Crown Club program.
- Ensure tickets sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy.
- Respond to phone calls and questions from guests in a manner consistent with our guest service philosophy.
- Operate POS system and maintain accuracy of cash drawer, credit cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards and redeemed coupons, as well as concession stock inventory.
- Promote the Regal Crown Club program.
- Operate, prepare, and clean all concession‑related equipment.
- Upsell/suggestive sell.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal food safety laws.
- Abide by all federal and state laws regarding breaks and/or meal periods.
- Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable.
- If theatre sells alcohol, any assigned duties involving selling/serving alcohol require legal age status and required training per state or local laws.
- Read and understand training materials covering sexual harassment and discrimination.
- Tear out tickets, collect and deposit appropriate stubs, and direct patrons to their auditoriums.
- Inspect backpacks and packages when applicable.
- Manage crowd control and assist guests in finding seats when necessary.
- Enforce MPAA rating system.
- Conduct in‑theatre inspections to monitor picture and sound quality, watch for film and content theft, and help maintain a safe quality environment within the auditoriums.
- Report any problems, discrepancies or unusual situations to management.
- Perform in‑auditorium concession auxiliary sales as directed by management.
- Clean auditoriums after scheduled shows and maintain clean restrooms, lobby area, hallways, and other areas outside the auditorium.
- Monitor cleanliness and operation of theatre vending equipment.
- Assist with all opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
$17.50

Education/ExperienceCompletion of the cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress toward completion required.

Physical DemandsRegular standing, walking, sitting, hand use, reaching, speaking, occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Occasionally lift up to 60 lbs. Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
