Family Entertainment Group is seeking a dedicated technician to keep arcade games running smoothly across our venues in Hawaii. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure an excellent guest experience.
As a team player, you will work with the Technical Manager and General Manager to implement maintenance plans, source parts, and assist guests with issues, while upholding safety standards and company policies across locations.
