Case Resolution Specialist
Location: Honolulu, HI (On-site)
Pay: $23.33/hr
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve member appeals and grievances
- Research member concerns and gather information from internal teams
- Conduct outbound calls with members and providers
- Document case findings and resolutions
- Ensure cases are resolved accurately and within required timelines
Qualifications:
- Customer service, call center, healthcare operations, or administrative experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to research and resolve complex issues
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Healthcare insurance or health plan experience preferred
This is a fully onsite position in Honolulu with free parking available. Candidates should be comfortable handling sensitive member issues and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $23.33 - $23.33/hr.
