USA Federal Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Deposit Servicing Representative to join our team. This role involves servicing Share, Draft, Certificate, and IRA accounts post‑opening, supporting both internal and external members across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail‑oriented, and committed to enhancing the efficiency of deposit servicing duties.
- Process checks, drafts, charge backs, and tax levies.
- Handle IRA RMD transactions and support.
- File legal documents for garnishments.
- Manage account maintenance and incoming mail.
- Support trust account openings and check/share adjustments.
- Prepare charge-offs and review branch forms.
- Maintain document imaging and support Deposit Servicing functions.
- Meet daily deadlines and resolve Helpdesk issues.
- Assist with ledger reconciliations and cross‑train for back‑office tasks.
- Update procedures, generate reports, and process Escheat Accounts.
- Suggest workflow improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED
- Business related courses beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business with an emphasis in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Accounting.
Two to four years of related experience, preferably with an emphasis on financial services operations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged desk sitting and computer use.
- Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and turning.
- Occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Days:
Monday to Saturday (approximately every Saturday quarterly) - Saturday availability required.
- Availability required Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturdays 8 AM to 1:30 PM
- Modified schedule during the weeks when working Saturdays
- Hours:
40 hours per week
The expected pay range for Deposit Servicing Representative is $20.50 – $22.50 per hour.
This range reflects the compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role based on typical qualifications and market data. Offered pay may vary depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
