- Lead all finance and accounting functions
, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, tax filings, and internal reports in accordance with GAAP standards - Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management operations to ensure proper handling, collection, and disbursement of company funds
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
, and monitor monthly performance and KPIs to optimize financial results - Partner closely with the Executive/Leadership Team to support operational performance, strategic initiatives, and organizational growth
- Design and implement systems and process improvements to enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, and information flow
- Maintain compliance with credit agreements
, including reporting requirements, borrowing base activity, and related notifications - Ensure adherence to regulatory, contractual, and legal compliance requirements across all financial operations
- Improvement in gross and net income margins
- Achievement of budget and financial targets
- Accuracy and reliability of financial forecasts
- Timely and successful completion of external audits
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred; equivalent experience considered)
- 3+ years of accounting/finance experience at management level
- CPA or equivalent certification (preferred)
- Experience in healthcare finance and operations (preferred)
