Job Description

We are seeking a Full‑Time Teller for our Moanalua Branch. The role is a key front‑line position that offers career growth and development, allowing you to serve a diverse customer base from new account holders to seasoned investors.

$18.00‑$21.50 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus sales incentives.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (hours may vary).

As the face of First Hawaiian Bank at our branch, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
• Serve a diverse group of customers, from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors managing their wealth.

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Personal alignment with our core values – Caring, Character, and Collaboration.
• One year or more of customer‑service experience and cash handling.
• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to positively engage with customers.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
• Sales advisory skills to educate customers on products and services.
