Candidates should have 3-5 years (II) or 5-7 years (Senior) of regulatory experience, particularly with the Hawaii PUC. Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential. Salary range for II is $89,100 – $113,700 and for Senior is $99,900 – $127,500.
