Personal Banker

Position Overview

As a Personal Banker (Bilingual in Spanish preferred) you will be based at the Flagler & 79th Street Branch, 7901 W Flagler Street, Miami, FL 33144. The role requires a collaborative, in‑office environment and will not include sponsorship for employment visas.

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer wallet share. Position PNC solutions to generate new revenue and increase loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations using outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement. Deliver a PNC conversation on each client interaction to identify appropriate solutions, leverage ecosystem partnerships, and community centers of influence.

Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology. Apply product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve problems. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment. Participate in branch daily operations, completing activities accurately and efficiently.

• Related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
• 3+ years of experience at the associate level or higher.
• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Preferred skills: accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience, client service, identifying opportunities, leveraging technology, proactive sales, banking products, digital awareness, effective communications, managing multiple priorities, matrix management, problem solving, prospecting, retail lending, selling, understanding customer needs.
• No specific certifications required.
