ACH Product Manager

Location:

Honolulu, HI (fully Onsite; relocation may be available for out of state candidates)

TEKsystems is supporting a local banking organization seeking an ACH Product Manager to join their established Cash Management team. This individual will play a key role in supporting and enhancing ACH and related cash management products while working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a product professional with a strong banking and payments background who enjoys working in a regulated environment and supporting mission‑critical financial products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in and/or actively manage a portfolio of cash management and ACH products, ensuring short‑and long‑term objectives are met
  • Partner with senior Product Managers on product development, enhancements, pricing, and competitive analysis
  • Coordinate with internal teams including operations, compliance, legal, technology, sales, and service
  • Ensure product compliance with applicable banking regulations, including BSA/AML, Fair Banking, and USA PATRIOT Act requirements
  • Manage third‑party vendors, including contract negotiation, performance standards, and ongoing administration
  • Provide product expertise and technical support to internal sales and service teams as well as bank clients
  • Assist with system upgrades, testing, and validation related to ACH and cash management platforms
  • Track, monitor, and report on product usage, performance, and enhancements
  • Develop and maintain training materials, policies, procedures, and sales collateral
  • Participate in client meetings and sales presentations as a subject matter expert, as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of banking or financial services experience, with exposure to:
    • Cash management or treasury services
    • ACH payments and related products
    • Experience in product management, commercial banking, or treasury services
    • Strong understanding of operating in a regulated banking environment
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
    • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification
    • Experience supporting digital or electronic banking products
    • Vendor management or third‑party system experience
    • Background in accounting, finance, or marketing
