Overview
Under the direction of the Manager, this position provides clients with investment-related guidance, support, and services.
Responsibilities- Assist with the business unit’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures, including Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations and related internal compliance policies and procedures related to investment adviser business activities under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and related securities laws and regulations.
- Support compliance with the Fair Banking, Bank Secrecy Act, and USA PATRIOT Act requirements.
- Conduct sales and relationship management activities in accordance with Bank of Hawaii (BOH) and the firm’s guidelines, policies, procedures, disciplines, and behaviors.
