Job OverviewThe Finance Manager Business Partner will be a strategic business leader and key member of the leadership team for a country, a cluster, or a business unit. The role is responsible for improving business performance, driving profitable and sustainable growth, and cash generation through influencing and guiding decision making across the business. It serves as a key partner with the Controllership and FP&A functions to set the overall financial strategy, monitor and drive financial performance, and maintain an effective internal control environment.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the “Face of Finance” for the assigned country/business unit.
- Lead business partnering support in areas such as commercial growth strategy, sales channel optimization, working capital management, and capital related analysis and decisions.
- Support teams with significant or ad‑hoc issues that cannot be resolved through standard operating procedures.
- Conduct Business Owner needs analysis to identify areas where Finance can add value and address specific challenges.
- Own P&L in collaboration with Business Owners and Regional Leaders to achieve targets by developing robust driver‑based top‑line, resourcing, financial, and ROI models.
- Develop an in‑depth understanding of the ZB Growth Model (pricing, sales channels, working capital management, capital decisions, M&A, etc.) and make strategic suggestions for prioritizing growth levers.
- Work closely with FP&A and business teams (Pricing, IBP, etc.) to forecast and manage results, improve transparency, and maintain a single source of truth among all stakeholders.
- Provide business recommendations through clear and effective presentation and communication.
- Create and communicate engaging presentations that tell a story, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- Drive accountability for business financial performance and act as a strategic advisor to key business stakeholders.
- Review management reporting outputs with country or cluster level business leaders (e.g., RGL, M , QFR, QLT, Close, Regional Reviews).
- Finalize long‑range plans with the business.
- Analyze monthly and quarterly results and communicate messages to senior management, including risks, opportunities, trends, and recommendations to improve growth and profitability.
- Continuously assess opportunities to improve business partner delivery, optimize talent, and leverage technology to enhance efficiency.
- Create, track, and refine Finance KPIs, build and maintain KPI dashboards and reports, and review them regularly with Business Owners and the Regional President to flag potential negative leading indicators.
- Perform financial scenario modeling and build business cases for ROI, resource allocation, price volume, etc.
- Stay informed about market and economic trends, leveraging knowledge to anticipate market changes and provide valuable insights to Business Owners.
- Mastery level strategic planning and negotiation skills to develop action plans or solutions that improve business performance.
- Advanced financial acumen and ability to speak to standard reporting and planning processes.
- Capability to inspire confidence with key stakeholders, including commercial and functional leaders at country and regional levels.
- Strong influencing skills to work with and influence different functional groups.

Education and Experience
- High School Degree or equivalent and 8+ years of applicable experience; or
- Associate’s degree and 6+ years of applicable experience; or
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of applicable experience.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or equivalent.
- 6 years of experience in Finance, including at least 3 years as a finance business partner.
