Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Finance Data & Integration Strategy. This is a hybrid role and will require you to be in the New Brunswick, NJ office 3 days a week. Travel required up to 10%, as needed.

• Leads stakeholders and Global Finance teams (BUF, Global Services, Treasury, Corporate, Supply Chain) in developing and executing strategies to govern, manage, comprehend, and better utilize data to drive business outcomes.
• Provides data stewards and SME’s counsel and partnership that enables enhanced business capabilities by executing best in class data management approaches across enterprise finance programs/ projects.
• Responsible for analyzing data, identifying patterns, and extracting insights that will help drive business decisions. Perform ad-hoc analysis presenting findings and communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Monitor data and identify areas for improvement through data quality checks against key performance indications to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Champions data strategy for all Finance Functions and Enterprise initiatives. Promotes awareness and full connectivity to Signi Fi Enterprise Designs.
• Collaboratively reviews, analyzes, evaluates ideas, projects and opportunities for new technologies and business needs ensuring solutions are aligned with data strategy and data management principles.
• Primary point of contact to project teams to coordinate education, training, design, solution integration, data validation quality impacts to end-users and supporting organizations.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience is required.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Computer Science, Business or Finance.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Financial data analysis and reporting is required.
• Deep knowledge of finance process (A2R, I2C, P2P, FP&A) and technology (SAP S/4, SAP Business Warehouse) and the inter-dependencies is required.
