About the Role
Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is hiring a Relationship Manager II for our Lehi branch.
Duties and Responsibilities- Originate and manage a portfolio of $15-20 million or higher with the overall objective of growth, maintaining asset quality, and generating stable income for the bank.
- Establish a lending portfolio with an emphasis in Commercial Real Estate, and Commercial Construction loans.
- Generate new loan applications, and effectively underwrite these loan requests in coordination with the lending team.
- Develop new lending, and deposit business relationships for the bank.
- Effectively maintain and expand existing business relationships.
- While increasing profitable loan relationships, manage to a low delinquency and charge-off rate and ensure that lending operations and procedures meet bank policies.
- Five to ten years of similar or related experience.
- Education equivalent to a college degree.
- Strong computer, analytical, communication, and managerial skills.
- Experience analyzing business financial statements and assessing risk.
- Fundamental knowledge of bank products, lending law and compliance requirements.
