Credit Products Analyst

At Regions, the Credit Products Analyst works as part of the credit and underwriting analysis team supporting various client coverage groups. The analyst serves as the primary analytical support for the Credit Products group and bankers in the origination and execution of underwriting and analysis projects.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to value companies and project financial performance.
  • Conduct extensive financial and industry due diligence to evaluate the risk‑return parameters of a transaction.
  • Ensure high quality of client deliverables through strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Prepare written material, including pitches, proposals, client materials and associated supporting analyses.
  • Maintain proprietary databases by monitoring news, current events, transactions and financial information for clients, prospects and industry participants.
  • Provide expert service with a high sense of urgency in coordinating Credit Products associates and coverage bankers to ensure alignment with our mission of delivering the whole bank to the client with speed, certainty and creativity.
  • Support Credit Products associates and product managers with servicing and portfolio management activities.
  • Assume substantial responsibility and work on multiple roles and projects, both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field with a proven record of high achievement.
  • Advanced level proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Compensation

Pay ranges are job‑specific and are provided as a point‑of‑market reference. The target annual base salary for this position is approximately $60,840 (minimum) to $77,550 (median). The role is incentive eligible, providing potential discretionary awards based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
