We are seeking a Wealth Advisor to assist our members with Financial Planning, Estate Planning, and Wealth Advisory needs. You'll bring your expertise and current established network to our member-trusted team, and expand your opportunities through partnership with HSFCU's Commercial, Business Development and Mortgage departments.

This position is located at our HSFCU Headquarters in Downtown Honolulu.

Salary Range

Minimum Annual Salary Range: $ 48,000 per year + eligible commission.
The posted range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position, with final compensation determined based on commission.

  • Manage and grow a substantial book of business consisting primarily of high-value and high-net-worth client relationships.
  • Proactive relationship management and strategic financial planning.
  • Analyze complex financial situations and develop customized recommendations aligned with clients' objectives, risk tolerance, and life stages.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external professionals including CPAs and Estate Planning Attorneys.
  • Serve as a resource and subject matter expert on complex planning, investment, and advisory matters.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of professional work experience in investment services, financial planning and consultation, and relationship management.
  • Certifications:

    Series 7 and Series 63/65 or 66.
  • Insurance License.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or other related field.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP), ChFC, CFA or other advanced designation.
