Cash Management Specialist

Bishop & Company is seeking a Cash Management Specialist for an association management company in Honolulu.

• Administer client cash and investment accounts in alignment with established objectives and guidelines.
• Process daily investment transactions based on client instructions, maturities, current interest rates, liquidity needs, and statutory limitations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely and accurate execution of all transactions.
• Monitor and maintain the liquidity and security of client funds while maximizing earnings.
• Provide excellent customer service in handling inquiries and requests related to cash management and investments.

• College degree in Business, Finance, or related field required; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Previous banking or cash management experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with bank wires and electronic fund transfers required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy.

Job Type: Temporary-to-hire opportunity

Pay: $20-$24/hr DOE

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
