Payroll Specialist - American Electric with Security Clearance

Primary Responsibilities:

* Ensure timely payment Process payroll through Dayforce (Ceridian) and VISTA.
* Daily downloading of timecards and posting.
* Entering wages, deductions, changes.
* Weekly Certified Payroll reporting.
* Ensure the hours in Vista match Dayforce.
* Posting time entries and verify deductions and liability amounts.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

* Supervisory responsibilities are not anticipated. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Payroll experience of two years.
* Experienced with Dayforce (Ceridian) payroll system or Vista is a plus.
* Knowledge of wages and labor laws.
* Must be able to prioritize duties, be discreet with confidential information and adherence to strict deadlines.
* Experience with Microsoft Office Software to include;
Excel, Work and Outlook.
* Must have a strong work ethic with excellent communications skills. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
