The Finance Manager ncis Healthcare System of Hawai'i serves as the second-in-command to the Director of Finance, overseeing accounting operations and outsourcing partners. The role leads FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting while providing pivotal financial insights to leadership.
This hands-on role requires CPA or CMA (preferred), a bachelor's in accounting/finance, and at least five years of progressive accounting experience, including two in a supervisory capacity.
