Full Time Professional College Walk, Honolulu, HI, US

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships based on trust and respect for members and employees.
  • Provides professional direction for members and employees through financial profiling, including risk profiling, and asset allocation.
  • Identifies and evaluates member and employee needs for alternative financial products that are offered through Investment and Insurance Services (IIS).
  • Develops and implements individual marketing/ business plans in alignment with Investment and Insurance sales and other goals.
  • Works with other credit union staff to identify and leverage cross-sell opportunities.
  • Provides those services and products that respond to member or employee needs in alignment with the mission of the Credit Union.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Five (5) years demonstrated experience in the sale of investment services required.
  • FINRA SIE.
  • FINRA Series 63 and 65 or 66 license(s).
  • FINRA Series 7.
  • Hawaii Life and Health Insurance licenses (required or willing to get in first 2 months.)
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma.

  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Accountable for organization, time management, and member meeting management.
  • Able to work both independently and cohesively with others and fosters a team environment.
  • Able to make critical decisions independently.
  • Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Valid driver's license and commute in personal vehicle as required.

The expected starting pay for the Senior Financial Advisor is $48,000 per year plus applicable eligible commissions.
