Job Description
We’re expanding and looking for motivated, self-driven individuals who are interested in earning additional income, learning more about the financial industry, or exploring a potential career change.
No prior financial experience is required. We provide training and mentorship to help you learn the business and work toward the required licenses.
Our mission is to help families better understand their finances, protect what matters most, reduce debt, save for the future, and work toward their long-term financial goals.

Responsibilities
- Educate families on basic financial concepts and strategies
- Assist clients with life insurance, savings, investments, and debt strategies based on appropriate licensing
- Build relationships through networking, referrals, and community connections
- Work alongside experienced mentors while learning the financial services business
- Complete required training and licensing
- Develop leadership and team-building skills as you advance, if desired
Training & Licensing
Training and mentorship are provided to help qualified individuals work toward applicable licenses, which may include:
- Life Insurance License
- Securities Licenses
- Mortgage License, where applicable
Licensing requires study, testing, background screening, and meeting applicable state and regulatory requirements. Certain licensing-related costs may apply.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
- Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
- Strong communication and people skills
- Coachable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable networking and building relationships
- Able to work independently and stay goal-focused
- Financial services experience is not required
- Life Insurance License is a plus, but not required
