As a Force Readiness Analyst, you'll bring your leadership and technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in military force capabilities and operational readiness on projects for theater army support to national and global priorities. You’ll analyze unit status reporting data and provide insights to inform decision‑making, assist with directing major readiness management studies, prepare command positions on readiness management analytical issues, conduct quality audits as necessary, and maintain quality control standards for readiness reports.
Work with us to enable force readiness in alignment with Army transformation initiatives to meet requirements for foreign adversary deterrence and homeland security as part of theater army and joint missions.

What You Have:- 10+ years of experience supporting the Department of War
- Experience with military operational planning at the corps level or higher
- Experience developing and presenting briefings to senior military leaders
- Experience with unit readiness reporting system
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience working within the USINDOPACOM Area of Responsibility
- 2+ years of experience working on a staff at the service component level or higher
- Experience in Army operational planning
- Knowledge of Army headquarters structure and processes
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
- TS / SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree - Graduate of a Military Command and Staff College
- Completion of Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Course
