- You will perform a full range of supervisory responsibilities for a subordinate staff consisting of six to eight Standoff Precision Strike Weaponeers, GS-0301-12, and 3 Imagery Analysts, E5-E6.
- You will organize, plan, direct and administer the work of the Intel Shift (I or II), ensuring that work complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- You will select or recommend selection of candidates for vacancies, promotions, details, and reassignments in consideration of skills and qualifications, mission requirements, and EEO and diversity objectives.
- You will perform target analysis, aimpoint development, weapons effect calculations (weaponeering) for cruise and hypersonic missiles to maximize weapon system performance against tasked targets.
- You will coordinate cruise missile employment issues with and provide input to Joint Staff, COCOMs, services, and agencies (CSAs).
- You will coordinate with mission planners in support of missile route development, aimpoint identification, no strike areas/objects, run-in headings, missile block type, warhead fusing, and terminal maneuvers.
- You will produce targeting folders, compiling and ensuring all materials necessary to support cruise and hypersonic missile mission planning are complete and current.
- You will develop weaponeering methodologies and participate as a CMSA PAC representative in joint munitions working groups focused on the updating and validation of weaponeering methodologies.
- You will contribute to the creation of manuals, reports, and studies focused on cruise and hypersonic missile weapon effectiveness and operational employment planning.
- You will participate in target intelligence aspects of military capabilities planning (e.g. mission planning and attrition analysis), prepare and present target intelligence briefings to CMSA leadership and USSTRATCOM staff personnel.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR .
- This position is considered Key/Emergency-Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support to ensure the success of combat operations or the availability of combat-essential systems.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- Incumbent must be able to pass a normal adult stereo-acuity test (Stereoscopic Vision), necessary to view and exploit stereo imagery for navigational products.
