Salary: $4,961 to $6,043 per month (SR-20, Step D to I)

Independently performs a variety of work of average scope and complexity in the management of real properties and facilities; and performs other related duties as required.
Legal Authorization to WorkThe State of Hawaii requires all persons seeking employment with the government of the State shall be citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
Basic EducationA bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
Specialized Experience- One and one-half (1-1/2) years of progressively responsible professional work experience in property management, including acquisition or sale of real property, property evaluation, preparation and solicitation of bids, establishment of rental rates, selection of tenants, and protection and maintenance of property.
- Must have included experience in business, commercial, or industrial real property management.
Relevant substitutions as described in the Minimum Qualification Requirements will apply.
Driver's LicenseSome positions require possession of a valid driver's license at the time of appointment. The immediate vacancies have this requirement.
Federal Criminal History Records Check (TWIC)In accordance with Federal regulations, persons being considered for employment in positions requiring unescorted access to secured areas at the harbor must undergo a pre-employment fingerprint-based criminal history record check. To be granted the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) clearance, prospective employees must not have been convicted, or found not guilty by reason of insanity, of a disqualifying criminal offense within seven years from the date of appointment.
The cost for the records check will be the applicant's responsibility; upon hire the employee will be reimbursed upon submission of the TWIC receipt.
