Recruitment Number 22-0390 – The immediate vacancy is in Downtown and is with the Department of Human Services. Salary: $6,043 to $7,351 per month (SR-24, Step D to I).

Plans, develops and implements a major program component, such as one involving all areas of youth services within the State; serves as expert resource, and conducts all relevant research; and performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification Requirements- Legal Authorization To Work – The State of Hawaii requires all persons seeking employment with the government of the State to be citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
- Basic Education – A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university.
- General Experience – One and one‑half year of progressively responsible professional analytical work experience that demonstrates the ability to analyze programs, budgets, services, facilities, manpower requirements, operations or organizations to determine their effectiveness, achievement of program objectives, cost factors, and to participate in planning for future needs or related management purposes.
- Specialized Experience – Two years of progressively responsible professional analytical work experience in a program or agency servicing children and youth which provides knowledge of the needs and characteristics of children and youth and demonstrates the ability to conduct studies and analysis of services, programs and problems and needs of children and youth, conduct operational studies, and prepare reports of findings and recommendations.
