Honolulu Police Department is hiring a Police Communications Officer I (PCO-I) to perform police communications duties in the Emergency Operations Center. Training is provided for 911 operations and the CADS system, with responsibilities including efficient call-taking for emergency and non-emergency requests.
After six months of probation, personnel may pursue dispatch training to obtain radio certification and advance to Police Communications Officer II.
