Contracting Officer's Representative Duties
You will serve as an appointed Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) responsible for ensuring that all necessary actions for effective execution of valid Government requirements via contract vehicles are accomplished.
You will be appointed as either a Primary COR, Alternate COR, or Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) on service and supply contracts awarded by Contracting Officers from within NAVSEA, NAVSUP, as well as a variety of other Federal agencies.
You will become the Subject Matter Expert for the requirement as necessary, and ensure full understanding with the contract, its terms and conditions, and requirements.
You will serve as an advisor, voting member, or chairperson for source selection evaluation boards (SSEB) conducting evaluation of contractor proposals; including technical analysis, price and/or cost analysis, and past performance assessment.
