Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Caregivers—we call ours Care Professionals—to become a part of our team and join our mission of expanding the world’s capacity to care. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow aging adults to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.
ResponsibilitiesCare Professional II provides essential support to individuals who need assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to maintain their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. This role involves hands-on help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, mobility, and other personal hygiene needs. The Care Professional II also assists with feeding, meal preparation, and monitoring nutritional habits, managing cleanup, and providing reminders for oral medications and hydration, while helping maintain a clean and organized home through light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes.
Additional responsibilities include offering companionship, engaging clients in conversation or activities, and supporting emotional well-being. The role also requires driving clients to the grocery store, medical appointments, and other necessary errands. Accurate documentation of services provided and prompt communication regarding changes in the client’s condition are essential parts of the role, ensuring continuity of care and client safety.

- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
- Pay: $22-$45 per hour
- Referral Bonus: $250
