Pay:$18.00 - $24.00 per hour

As aHealth Plan Specialist (HPS), you will serve seniors by helping them understand their healthcare options and improve their quality of life. This highly specialized role involves continuous training on Medicare plans and requires dedication to achieving monthly goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Marketing:Lead generation and marketing (e.g., provider visits, community events, health fairs, outbound calls).
• Sales Appointments:1:1 sales appointments (field & telephonic). You will guide seniors through plan options, complete enrollments, and ensure compliance with CMS guidelines.
• Customer Service & Retention:provide ongoing support to members, answering inquiries, and generating referrals.
• Training & Development:Professional growth (training, webinars, mock presentations).

Key Qualifications:

• Current Life & Health Insurance License for Hawaii
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Positive attitude and excellent attendance

Key Success Measures:

• Over 50% of time spent in the field
• Build and maintain relationships with medical offices
• Meet monthly enrollment goals
