RESPONSIBILITIES JOB SUMMARY
- Provides a vital clinical support role by overseeing and streamlining radiology workflows to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of imaging services.
- Serves as a key point of contact for technologists, radiologists, and clinical teams, focusing on the day-to-day functionality of imaging systems, quality assurance, and staff support.
- Bridges operational needs with informatics tools to promote patient safety, workflow efficiency, and clinical excellence.

- Not substantially subjected to adverse environmental conditions.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, healthcare or related field; or four (4) years experience in imaging, information systems, healthcare or related experience may be substituted for the educational requirement.
- Hawaii State license as a Radiologic Techonologist preferred.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience working in a clinical radiology environment, such as a hospital radiology department or outpatient imaging center.
- Experience to demonstrate:
- Knowledge of imaging workflows, exam protocals, and radiology operations.
- Familiarity with PACS/RIS systems and voice recognition software from a clinical user or coordinator perspective.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Prior supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
- Prior radiology informatics experience preferred.
- Experience with Epic Radiant, Power Scribe, GE Centricity, Philips Intelli Space, or similar systems preferred.
- Involvement in quality improvement, operational efficiency, or accreditation readiness projects (e.g., ACR, Joint Commission) preferred.
