We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) contract assignment in Hawaii. The RN will provide high-quality patient care to PCU-level patients and assist on Med/Surg units as needed during low census days.

• Deliver patient care in a Progressive Care Unit
  , monitoring patients requiring intermediate acuity care
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to care plans
• Float to Med/Surg units when PCU census is low
• Work rotating 12-hour shifts
  , including consecutive weekends as required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient care accurately in Cerner EMR
• Adhere to all hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

• Active Hawaii RN license (required before contract start)
• Minimum 4 years nursing experience
  , preferably in PCU, step-down, or Med/Surg care
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and other specialty certifications as applicable
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and float between units
