Travel RN - Med​/Surg Tele

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a critical need Med/Surg Telemetry position in Hawaii, requiring a current HI RN license and strong arrhythmia recognition skills.

Job Details

• Work in a medical/surgical telemetry unit within a hospital setting,

• Responsibilities include providing care to adult medical-surgical patients with telemetry monitoring needs,

• 12-hour variable day/night shifts from 7:15 PM to 7:45 AM,

• Assignment is 13 weeks in duration,

• Utilizes Epic EMR system,

Job Requirements

• Active HI RN license required at the time of consideration; pending licenses not accepted,

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program,

• Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent Med/Surg Tele experience,

• Certifications required: BLS and ACLS,

• Demonstrated basic arrhythmia recognition skills,

• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field is preferred,

• Both local and travel candidates are compensated at the same rate,

• Compliance with work duration limits may require a 90-day break after 2 years of assignment,

• Must adhere to all vaccination and health screening requirements as set by the facility,
