Starting pay is $21 per hour.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 40-hour work week

Qualifications and experience:
- High School degree and public speaking experience are required.
- Experience working with HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C and/or diverse populations (substance abuse, mentally ill, homeless, crisis) preferred.
- Valid Hawaii State Driver's License with clean driving abstract.
- Phlebotomy trained or willing to be trained.
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certified or willing to be certified.
- Must have the ability to correspond through email, refer to online schedules and databases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be able to complete Outreach Testing Linking (OTL) training provided by the State of Hawaii Department of Health.
- Must be able to travel inter-island
- Case Management experience required.
- Provide HIV/AIDS, STI, viral hepatitis prevention education.
- Perform phlebotomy for all HIV and Hepatitis C preliminary positive patients and complete lab and the State's Department of Health's reporting requirements.
- Develop working relationships with substance abuse treatment center staff including counselors, nurses, program coordinators, or others working directly and confidentially with patients.
- Ensure all HIV/AIDS and/or Hepatitis C positive patients are referred and scheduled for medical follow up after receiving test results.
- Document all patient encounters, goals, progress, and complaints into Waikiki Health Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and route any pertinent chart notes to medical providers.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
