Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team and fill an immediate need in Maui County and Big Island. The ideal candidate will provide student care, conduct assessments, and implement behavioral therapy interventions to promote positive behavioral changes within the Department of Education in the State of Hawaii.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to address behavioral issues.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Experience
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required and State of Hawaii Behavior Analyst license required.
  • Strong background in behavioral health and applied behavior analysis.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and data collection methods.
  • Experience in patient assessment and developing treatment plans; experience with Central Reach beneficial.
  • Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions.
Salary & Benefits
  • Annual salary: $125,000/year.
  • 2 weeks of paid time off per year.
