Home Health Physical Therapist – Flexible Schedule Looking for Flexibility?

Pay: $80 per visit
Location: O‘ahu, HI
Schedule: Per Diem (PRN)
What You'll Do- Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Improve mobility, balance, strength, and safety
- Provide patient and caregiver education
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals
- Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications- Hawaii Physical Therapist license
- Minimum one year of clinical experience
