Position Overview

Capitol Hill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC (CCCC) is a counseling organization dedicated to improving mental health in the D.C., Virginia and Maryland areas. It provides a supportive environment for experienced psychologists, handling administrative and billing aspects while allowing practitioners to focus on patient care.

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals of various ages and diagnoses.
• Supervise psychological interns and postdoctoral-level individuals.
• Conduct psychological testing for children, adolescents, and adults, delivering diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
• Engage in scientific studies and research related to psychological, emotional, behavioral, or organizational patterns.
• Write papers on clinical psychology issues and disorders.

• Ph.D. or Psy.
  
  D. with a valid state registration or license.
• Passion for delivering exceptional mental health care.
• Dedication to continuous professional development.

• Hybrid, in‑person, or virtual work in VA, DC, and MD.
• Part‑time or full‑time commitment with structured transition to W2 status.
• Initial status for new hires is an independent contractor (1099) with a path to full‑time W2 employment.
